• Do I need to register before placing an order?
  You can place an order without registering, but for your convenience in tracking your order information, we recommend you create an account.

• How do I register?
  Simply go to the “My Account” page or click the “Account” button at the top right of qemlu.com. Then, fill in your Email and Password as required.

• What if I forget my login password?
  Don’t worry! If you forget your password, just click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a password reset email.

• What if I cannot log in to my account?
  Check your login details carefully. Ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you used during registration, and that the password is correct. Also, make sure your web browser accepts cookies. If you’re still unable to log in, please contact us for assistance.

• When will my order ship?
  Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after purchase.

• How long does shipping take?
  The average shipping time is about 7 to 15 business days.

• How do I cancel an order?
  We can only cancel orders within the first 24 hours after they are placed or before they are shipped. After that, the order is likely already processed and prepared for shipment. Once the shipping process begins, the order cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible.

• What’s my tracking number?
  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included.

• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

• Product Care Instructions
  To ensure the longevity of your clothing, please follow the care instructions provided on each product page. We recommend washing your garments in cold water and air-drying to prevent shrinking or color fading. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, and always check the care label for specific instructions for fabrics like wool, linen, or delicate materials.
